DC-4106LW Polyester (Clear)
2.4 mil (0.06MM) exclusive of liner - 0.4mil (0.012MM) Clear Polyester Film coated on both sides with a Modified
Acrylic Adhesive; Light Blue Siliconized Paper Liner. Adhesion: 60 oz/in. - Tensile: 4 lbs/in. - Temp. Resistance: -40°F
to +212°F Continuous (up to +285°F Short Term). Elongation: 20%. Adheres to nearly all materials, even to difficult
surfaces like foams and PE film. Good alternative to adhesive transfer tapes as it is
thin, hand tearable, and easier to apply by hand. Very good temperature, UV, aging and water resistance. No plasticizer
migration. Can be used for splicing, bonding, and laminating paper, corrugated paper, films, plastics, foils, etc. For
mounting nameplates, keyboard assemblies; laminating dissimilar metals. 3" Neutral Core/Carton. |

hr. dwell): 47 oz/inch. Tensile: 7½ lbs/in. Temp. Resistance: -40°F to +250°. Elongation: 100%. High speed
flying splice of paper, corrugated paper, plastics, films, foils, etc.; mounting nameplates, keyboard assy.; laminating

Liner
9.2 mil (0.23mm) exclusive of liner. 1.0 mil (25
micron) clear polyester film coated with a very aggressive, high tack,
high shear modified acrylic adhesive. This product comes with
a dimensionally stable Red PE release liner making it suitable for
precision die-cut applications. It has excellent temperature, UV,
aging, and water vapor resistance. Also has good plasticizer
resistance. Adhesion to SST: 125 oz/in. Adhesion to
Polyester: 52 oz/in. Tack Level: 48 oz/in. Shear Resistance:
48+ hrs (73F: 4.4bl/in2.) Temperature resistance: -4F to 194F.
Used for bonding, joining, laminating when high tack and high shear are
critical. 3" neutral core. |
