GC-SH7... Glass Cloth / Silicone Adhesive
7.2 mil - Electrical Grade Glass Cloth with Silicone Adhesive. Formulated to meet MIL-I-19166C, Type 7 MIL.
Conformable; chemical and solvent resistant; printable. Used for insulation of electrical apparatus in military
equipment, for sealing and bundling of non-electrical applications where flame retardancy or high heat resistance is
required; coil armor wrap. Thermosetting; properties increase with additional curing heat (3 hrs @ 500°F) - Adhesion:
35 oz/inch - Tensile Strength: 150 lbs/inch. Elongation: 5%. Dielectric Strength:
900 Volts. 180°C Class H. Temperature Performance Range: -100°F to 500°F.
Meets UL-510 Flame Retardancy Test. Color: Natural White. 3" Core. |

GC-SH10 Glass Cloth / Silicone Adhesive
10 mil - A tightly woven Electrical Grade Glass Cloth coated with a Partially Cured Silicone Adhesive system to provide
maximum chemical and solvent resistance. Formulated to meet MIL-I-19166C, Type 10 MIL. Used for soft cell
insulation, phase insulation in integral HP motors, high temperature harness wrapping, flame retardant coil armor wrap,
banding heavy conductor coils. An excellent all-purpose tape capable of resisting moderate grit blasting.
Thermosetting; properties increase with additional curing heat (3 hrs @ 500°F). Adhesion: 40 oz/inch. Tensile
Strength: 175 lbs/inch. Elongation: 5%. Dielectric Strength: 4000 Volts. Electrolytic Corrosion Factor: 1.0. Insulation
Resistance: 250 megohms - 180°C Class H. Temperature Performance Range: -75°F to 500°F. Meets UL-510 Flame

GC-RB7 Glass Cloth / Thermosetting Rubber
Adh.
7.0 mil - A high tensile woven Electrical Grade Glass Cloth coated with a high tack, high adhesion, Thermosetting
Rubber Resin Adhesive system to provide maximum solvent resistance and limit adhesive softening. Its high tack and
adhesion level resists flagging. For insulating connections, banding heavy conductor coils, harness and coil
wrapping, barrier insulation, anchoring lead wires. Abrasion resistant to reduce damage to wires. Not recommended for
use above 130°C Class B insulation. Adhesion: 44 oz/inch. Tensile Strength:
170 lbs/inch. Elongation: 8%. Dielectric
Strength: 2000 Volts. Temperature Performance Range: 3 hrs @ 250°F, 2 hrs @ 275°F, 1 hr @ 300°F. Meets Gov't Specification MIL-T-4053B

GC-SA7 Aluminum / Glass Cloth Laminate
7.0 mil - A Laminate of Dead Soft Aluminum Foil and Glass Cloth. The glass cloth side is coated with a transparent
high temperature Silicone Adhesive. Conformable, heat resistant and highly reflective. Withstands moderate grit
blasting. Non-corrosive; flame retardant (will not burn under open flame exposure). Used as a masking tape in plasma
spray applications. Prevents build-up of liquid metal on surfaces that must be protected. Used for seaming & repair of
heat and flame barrier curtains; protecting/shielding various missile and aircraft components such as control cables,
harnesses, fuel lines, etc.; securing thermal insulation on heating and ventilation ducts. Adhesion to Panel: 40
oz/inch. Adhesion to Backing: 30 oz/inch. Unwind Force: 10 oz/inch. Tensile Strength: 120 lbs/inch. Elongation: 10%. -

a high temperature silicone adhesive. Total thickness: 7.2 mil
(0.183mm). Siliconized heavy-duty crepe paper release liner.
Tensile: 125 lbs/in. Adhesion to steel: 30oz/in. Elongation:
5%. Dielectric strength: 6400V. Operating temperature: -100F
to 500F. Used to laminate rubber to other substrates for die-cutting
into high temperature gaskets. Also used as a primary mask that
allows over-wrap of another material (such as rubber, high density vinyl,
etc.) for a heavy-duty combination in plasma spray masking or grit
blasting operations; to join metals in high temp. applications. 3"
